When we produce our Titanium Open Cell material, the neoprene block is first split, creating an open and therefore significantly more flexible cell structure.
The outer skin is then sealed with the titanium coating without the cells sticking together and thus limiting flexibility again
Waterproof seams
To ensure perfect insulation, the seams of the base layer must be waterproof.
The external processing of the blind stitch also ensures that annoying stitching on the skin is not noticeable
